He comes around mid to end summer and asks if can paint our house numbers on the curb in front of our house. He lets you know he would like $8 for this before he does it, which is not a problem. Last summer I went to the ATM to get him some money and he was amazed that I gave him $10 and didn't expect any change in return. There is a guy like that in our neighborhood.
