About Joe Raasch
My intention is to write about topics that will maximize organizational performance (systems/organization design, personal development, performance consulting, engagement, and leadership) with the understanding that I am not an academic or models expert; instead to view the world through the lens of a business practitioner whose life is affected. I learned this bit of wisdom in 1997 from the writing of Jim Klobuchar, a former newspaper columnist from Minneapolis, Minnesota:
“You need to understand the frailties of people, to see those flashes of nobility that are so beautiful to encounter. You write about it - the swatches of life of individuals as well as larger political and social issues of the day - not as a swami or guru, but as an everyman whose life is affected.” - Jim Klobuchar
JOE RAASCH is a management executive with over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in performance consulting, corporate strategy, and employee engagement. He was “consultant of the year” at General Electric Commercial Finance in 2001.
